Rules: To help ensure a smooth and successful event for all, please review the following information.
A. There will be 3 classes
1. 14 years of age & under (Any size bike is OK)
2. Open Class up to 250 CC
3. Open Class over 250 CC
B. 25 total entries will be selected by draw.
C. No warm-ups outside of arena.
D. Push bikes to arena gate.
E. One mechanic with contestant allowed through contestant gate, regardless of number of classes entered.
F. Helmet, boots, riding gear and long-sleeved shirt required.
G. There will be a mandatory rider meeting held prior to the event. Riders who do not attend will be scratched from competition.
H. No alcohol prior to event.
I. No last minute changes will be accepted. If you are unable to ride, staff must be notified at least 30 minutes prior to the event start.
J. Contestant understands that he/she is not covered under Springville Sierra Rodeo Association insurance.
K. No refunds will be issued on the day of the event.
L. Our event is supported by volunteers, and we kindly ask that all participants treat staff with respect. Any inapropriate behavior may result in removal from the premises without a refund.
There will be a $25.00 late fee added for any participant who registers after the April 22, 2026 deadline!
Release
I understand that I use/participate/enter at my own risk, the Springville Rodeo Grounds, and that in consideration of acceptance of my use/participation/entry, I do hereby, for myself, heirs, and administrators, waive and release any and all claims I may have against the promoter, participants, horse association, or any subdivision thereof, arena operator, arena owner, officials, horses or stock owners, and their officers and employees, from all liability to the undersigned, his/her personal representatives, assigns, heirs, and next of kin for all loss or damage, or loss of any nature suffered to myself, horses, equipment, dependents, or persons or property, whether caused by the negligence of the releasees or otherwise while the undersigned is upon the Springville Rodeo Grounds for any purpose. The undersigned has read and voluntarily signs this release, and further agrees that no oral representations, statements or inducements apart from the foregoing written agreement have been made. I attest and certify that I have full knowledge of the risks involved in this show, event, or use of the Springville Rodeo Grounds. If the Signatory is under 18 years of age, parent or guardian must sign below. Otherwise, user must sign regardless of age.
