Dreamcatcher does not accept responsibility for items or valuables lost or stolen while attending Dreamcatcher courses. We accept the right to expel any participants due to unacceptable behaviour. Students causing disruption to groups/individuals by any means can be ejected from the course on the spot (students will be separated from group and supervised until the named parent/guardian has time to pick up from venue). Course participants may be taken outside of training venue under supervision for purposes of filming, reconnaissance, rehearsal or to visit working studios or other venues related to finishing the course. Dreamcatcher will endeavour to ensure consistency of staffing week-to-week or day-to-day, however, it is likely that cover staffing will be required on occasion. Dreamcatcher reserves the right to appoint cover instructors to its classes at any time as required by the operational circumstances. Students are responsible for the safe handling of equipment. Damage caused by misuse or negligence may result in repair or replacement costs being charged to the student/parent. Students must follow all safety instructions provided by tutors, particularly during on-location filming. [For minors] Parents are responsible for ensuring students arrive and leave at scheduled times. Dreamcatcher only works with instructors who have current Enhanced DBS Disclosure from England and Wales, Disclosure Scotland and Access Northern Ireland. Dreamcatcher instructors are also subject to additional vetting checks to ensure their suitability to work with children. Dreamcatcher retains right to alter/cancel course dates, venues and syllabus. Dreamcatcher owns the copyright of, and reserves the right to exhibit, all or part of films, programs and any other course content made in association with them at Dreamcatcher screening events and at cinemas, schools, film festivals, broadcast TV and relevant websites. To the extent where any copyright may not vest in Dreamcatcher you hereby assign such rights to Dreamcatcher for the full period of copyright including any renewals and extensions. Dreamcatcher may also use photographs from workshops and screenings for promotional use including online and electronic promotion. Please note for illustration purposes films with a group appropriate age certificate (e.g. ET, Home Alone, Jurassic Park etc.) may be viewed in class under the supervision of adult tutors. Please inform us if this is not acceptable. Cancellations: For bookings cancelled more than 5 weeks in advance of start date - full refund; cancelled between 4-5 weeks – 75% refund; cancelled between 2-4 weeks - 50% refund; less than 2 weeks– no refund.
