The OEA Summer Leadership Academy will be held in Columbus on June 22-24, 2026. The Academy will be held at the Hyatt Regenecy Downtown. The cost of the event is $100 and includes double occupancy hotel room, conference meals and session materials. Registration closes May 28, 2026.

Members will immediately be notified of their scholarship status when they apply. Scholarship winners will receive a $100 reimbursement following their successful attendance and participation at the Summer Leadership Academy in Columbus.

REGISTERING FOR SLA ON THE OEA CVENT WEBSITE:

You will receive a confirmation email from ECOEA on your scholarship status when you apply. When you actually register for the OEA Summer Leadership Academy (SLA), you will register as a non-scholarship member and pay the $100 registration fee. You are not charged until you attend.

There is no ECOEA scholarship listed on the registration site. Depending on the category of scholarship awarded, your credit card may not be charged OR you will get a refund from ECOEA.

The scholarship covers only the registration fee (food, room double occupancy, sessions) for the Academy. There is no additional reimbursement for additional meals or mileage. Members should check with their local to see if other coverage can be provided.
