By signing up for the bike clinic on April 23rd I am agreeing that my child and I are physically able to participate, and I waive any claims that may arise out of our participation. We will conduct ourselves safely and responsibly. Pictures will be taken at the event for marketing purposes (e.g. for use in newsletters, on our website and Facebook page). By attending, you grant Northeast Arc permission to use your image unless you notify us otherwise in advance.
