Tattoo Form-Wilmington

My rate is $160 an hour with a minimum $120 for anything under 45 minutes. A non refundable $50 deposit is required at the end of this form to book your appointment. This deposit covers time spent drawing your design and booking your appointment. The deposit does not come off of the price of your tattoo. Tips are never expected in my shop.

Your deposit can be transferred to another date with 72 hours notice. After that it will be absorbed to cover lost wages, and a new form and deposit will be needed to reschedule.

Numbing Service

lidocaine cream will be applied at the beginning of your appointment and will sit for 30-45 minutes before we start your tattoo. it will also be reapplied throughout the session. lidocaine cream does not provide complete loss of sensation, but provides as much relief as possible for tattooing
