The following conditions apply:

Merchant agrees to advise all store personnel of its participation in the Premier Card fundraising program, which runs October 23-November 1, 2026, and to promote the purchase and use of the Premier Card to its customers.
Merchant acknowledges that Payne Education Center retains all donation proceeds from the sale of the Card, and that they are responsible for providing Card sale revenue to Payne Education Center.
Merchant agrees to control their stock of Premier Cards, and the funds received from Card sales, until collected by a Payne representative.
Merchant is not to collect credit card information in writing. All credit card payments will be processed via a Square Card Reader device to Payne’s account, called into Payne Education Center, or through merchant’s own processing system to be paid to Payne after Premier Card timeframe is complete.
Payne Education Center assumes no liability in connection with the Premier Card or otherwise.
Merchant is responsible for verifying the delivery of Premier Cards and reconciliation of cards sold.
Merchant agrees to receive a minimum of 10 Cards to sell during Premier Card timeframe. Unsold Cards will be returned to Payne. I have read the terms, agree with them, and confirm our participation in the Premier Card fundraising program to benefit Payne Education Center. We agree to offer an up to a 20% storewide discount off regular retail prices to all holders of Premier Card from October 23-November 1, 2026. Retailers are not required to honor the up to 20% discount on special orders, layaways, gift certificates, sale merchandise, delivery fees, complimentary gift wrap services, or with any other in-store discount, promotion or coupon. The Premier Card is non-transferable. Only the Card buyer, spouse, and minor children may use the same Card.
