To be considered for warranty coverage, please complete Sections 1 and 2 and submit them for review and pre-approval before proceeding to Section 3. Once completed, submit the full application along with product invoices for processing and approval. Be sure to keep a copy for your records.
For the warranty to be valid and accepted, please visit the website to complete certified applicator training.
