Payment is required before each session and must be completed through the individual tutor’s Stripe link. All sessions are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy for both clients and tutors. Each client and tutor receives one free pass for a late cancellation (within 24 hours of the scheduled session). After the free pass is used, any client cancellation within 24 hours will be charged in full and will not be eligible for rescheduling or credit. If a tutor cancels within 24 hours after using their free pass, they must provide the client with a complimentary session at the next meeting. By scheduling a session, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms.
