The 2026 ACDA conference will be held at the University of St. Mary of the Lake Seminary in Mundelein, Illinois from July 6-10. More information is available at the conference page.

One James O’Toole Scholarship is available to pay the conference fees for a first-time attendee who is employed in (arch)diocesan archives. The scholarship covers the full cost of the conference, including registration, meals, and lodging. Transportation and ancillary costs are the responsibility of the awardee.

Applicants must be employed in diocesan archives, a first-time attendee at the Biennial Conference, and a member in good standing of ACDA. The application is due by May 1, 2026. The scholarship is competitive and will be awarded by the Program Committee by May 8.
