Letter of Intent for FAP Research Grants
Please use this form to submit your Letter of Intent to apply for a 2026 FAP research grant. This form can be used to submit a Letter of Intent relating either to an FAP Investigator Award or to an FAP Pilot Award. A Letter of Intent is mandatory for full application submission. Letters of Intent are due June 30, 2026.

The Letter of Intent should include information about the PI(s) and study team and their qualifications, a grant title, and a brief synopsis of the planned grant aims. The Letter should state whether the applicant intends to apply for an FAP Investigator Award or for an FAP Pilot Award. Please note, however, that the statement is nonbinding; an applicant who has submitted a Letter of Intent may apply for either an FAP Investigator Award or an FAP Pilot Award, regardless of the intent stated in the Letter. Letters of Intent should be no longer than half a page and formatted in Arial 11pt font, single spaced, with 0.5" margins. Please upload your file as a PDF no larger than 5MB.
