  • Affiliate Meeting Policies

    The mission of World Sleep Society (WSS) is to convene the world of sleep medicine science, practice, and advocacy. As the organizer of World Sleep 2027, WSS invites groups to request meeting space at the congress to share knowledge and facilitate international collaboration in sleep health.

    Affiliate meeting applicants must recognize the following:

    • Meeting space is not guaranteed until confirmed in writing from the WSS
    administrative office.

    • WSS may not be able to provide a space that meets all preferences of the
    applicant. WSS will inform the applicant of the best suitable option(s) and
    confirm with the applicant prior to allocating the space.

    • The available spaces for affiliate meetings may have a range of different audiovisual and furniture setups. Any cost associated with changing and resetting the allocated room setup is the responsibility of the applicant.

    • All catering orders are the responsibility of the applicant. WSS will connect the
    applicant with the exclusive caterer of the World Sleep congress for order
    arrangements.

    • Affiliate meeting space is not intended for industry-related events or meetings. Space is available for these purposes; apply through the
    sponsorship process at worldsleepcongress.com/sponsor-exhibit

  • Application Instructions

    Complete this application to request meeting space at the World Sleep 2027 venue. Complimentary space may be granted to nonprofit organizations and study/research groups based on need and availability.

    Starting December 1, 2026, applications will be reviewed and space allocated on a monthly basis. The first allocation of space will follow the first round deadline on December 1, 2026.

    If the meeting is open to all registered attendees, the meeting may be included in the online and printed schedules upon approval of the Program Committee.

  • Affiliate Meeting groups are responsible for all catering costs associated with their meetings. Catering orders will be arranged with and paid directly to the exclusive caterer of the World Sleep congress. World Sleep Society will facilitate your contact with the caterer.

  • Affiliate Meetings may seek industry support to help fund their meeting. Meeting space fees may apply to groups who seek sponsorship funding for their meeting at the World Sleep congress.
