2026-27 Player Equipment Package Sizing Form
Every RHC contract includes a comprehensive equipment package. Please follow the steps below to ensure your player's jersey, apparel, and equipment are recorded accurately.
STEP 1: Review Sizing Requirements
There will be no in-person fitting sessions at BSA. All sizing references must be pulled from the digital charts provided at the LINK below.
- Note: We are utilizing the same manufacturer and sizing specifications as the 2025-26 season. Use your player’s current gear as a as your guide, and veriify those sizes at the link below.

STEP 2: Auto-Populate Your Player's Profile
Scroll down to the "Enter Your Player’s Full Name" field. Enter the name exactly as it appears on your signed contract (Case-Sensitive).
Name Example: John Doe Jr (Capitalize the first letter of the First and Last name with a single space between them).
Click the "Auto-Populate Fields" button. This will automatically sync your player to their Team, Email, and designated Equipment Package.
STEP 3: Troubleshooting & Support
If your player's name does not auto-populate, do not manually edit any field or try to complete the form. Please contact us immediately at equipment@rocketssportsgroup.com for assistance.
STEP 4: Select Jersey Numbers
You must provide three different jersey number options. Priority is determined by the following hierarchy:
- Returning Players: Priority goes to the player who wore that specific number for that RHC team last season.
- Submission Time: If no returning player claimed the number, priority is given to the family who submitted this form first.
- Invalid Entries: Please select three unique numbers. Submitting the same number for multiple choices will void your priority and move your request to the end of the selection hierarchy
STEP 5: Finalize & Submit
Once you have selected the appropriate sizes for all items in your package, digitally sign the bottom of the form and click "Submit." You will receive an automated confirmation email upon completion.
IMPORTANT POLICY REMINDER:
Sizings will only be processed for accounts that are in good standing with their tuition payments.
