2 Jumps will qualify you for the finals. Swim and Fetch do not count towards your 2 jumps.

DAY OF: No changes, updates, or additions are allowed 30 minutes before the start of each wave.

FINALS JUMP WAVE: If you exceed your division by a jump of 2 feet 5 inches, you will be scored accordingly and moved up to the higher division with that jump score.

Release of all Claims, Hold Harmless Agreement Rockin’ R Dog Sports

Facility Use:

I agree to waive and relinquish any and all claims that I may have as a result of participating at the Rockin’ R Dog Sport facility. I also agree to waive any and all claims against any and all other persons or entities, of whatsoever nature, that might be directly or indirectly liable for injuries that I or my dog might sustain at Rockin' R Ranch Dog Sports.

As a willing participant at Rockin’ R Dog Sports, I acknowledge the risks to participation to person and/or my property, and intend to be legally bound, hereby for myself, my heirs, assigns, executors and administrators, and waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages or injuries arising out of, or in any way related to, my participation, which I may have against the following parties: Rockin’ R Dog Sports its officers, contractors and volunteers.

Release and Limitations of Liability (Event Competitions):

By participating in the Competition, entrants agree to release, Indemnify and hold harmless Mark and Rhonna Dias at the Rockin’ R Dog Sports, located at 23841 Avenue 26, Chowchilla CA and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from any claims or cause of action arising out of participation in the competition or receipt or use of the prize.

I certify that my canine and I are healthy and fit to compete in the Rockin’ R Dog Sports and that I can supply proof of current rabies vaccination on request by tag or certificate.

Privacy:

We respect your privacy. None of the above information will be shared, redistributed or available for purchase. It will only be used by Rockin' R Dog Sports staff for the purposes of tracking registration and maintaining competition history.

Livestock: This is a working ranch, injury to stock can cause removal of your dog from the event. Any Vetenary care will be your responsiblity and no refund due to being asked to have your dog removed.
