Questions shall be submitted via email to rfq@quadcityarts.com no later than April 13, 2026, clearly labeled "Aledo Mural RFQ."

Qualifications must be submitted no later than April 20, 2026, at 9:00 AM CST.

Due to funding mechanisms, selected artist MUST BE A RESIDENT OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, LOCATED IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, and will be required to show proof of residency. Non-Illinois residents' applications WILL NOT be considered.
