The Forney Arts Council and the City of Forney are now accepting applications from businesses interested in hosting a free arts-related interactive craft, game or event-themed activity in their booth at the 2026 City of Forney Wine Arts Festival on April 18, 2026!

Event Day & Hours: April 18, 2026 12pm-5pm Location: 101 E. Main St. Downtown Forney, Texas 75126

How to Apply: Please fill out the Business Application, Release & Waiver Form.

• All applications will be reviewed and approved or denied on a rolling basis. Space is limited and the approval committee reserves the right to choose the best vendors suited for this event.
• You will be notified via email of your application approval status within 3-5 business days of committee approval.

Participation Instructions: 

• Each booth should feature a free arts-related interactive craft, game or event themed activity (Sample ideas: face painting, henna tattoos, balloon artist, caricatures, art kits, wearable craft making, air-dry clay making, sand art bottles, doodle tote bags, etc.)
• Businesses are responsible for setup and all equipment (10x10 tent, tables, chairs, etc.).
• Businesses are expected to remain for the duration of the event.
• We recommend 2 people be at your booth at all times to facilitate the activity and greet attendees.
• Businesses are welcome to bring and display their business information (brochure, cards, marketing materials, etc).
• There is no WiFi so we encourage vendors to use their phone as a hotspot if needed.
• Participating businesses will be promoted in event promotional materials. 
• Cancellation / No Show Fee: $200 
• Additional details regarding the setup and take down process will be emailed as we get closer to the event.

This document sets forth the terms and conditions under which the named Business hereinafter known as "Vendor" shall be allowed to participate at the Forney Wine Arts Festival on April 18, 2026. The Vendor, by signing below, expressly agrees to and accepts the following conditions:

By signing below, the Vendor specifically expresses his or her understanding and agreement that The Forney Arts Council and City of Forney carry no insurance or other coverage against damage, destruction, theft, or other loss of or to the artwork while on event premises. The Forney Arts Council and City of Forney also do not have and do not accept any liability for and do not give any guarantee against any such damage, destruction, theft, or other loss to the artwork. The Forney Arts Council and City of Forney do not have and do not accept any liability for damage, destruction, theft, or other loss during delivery to or removal from event premises by the Vendor or any other persons. The Vendor further agrees to save and hold the Forney Arts Council and City of Forney harmless in the event of any such damage, destruction, theft, or other loss.

 

 I, the Vendor, hereby declare that I have read the foregoing Release and that in consideration of the privilege of participating in the above-mentioned event, I hereby agree to and accept all of the terms and conditions stated in the Release.

I, the Vendor, agree that my business booth and craft activity shall remain on display until the end of the event.

I, the Vendor, agree to allow the Forney Arts Council and the City of Forney the right to photograph me and/or my work during the course of the event, and to use those photographs for promotional purposes at the discretion of the Forney Arts Council and the City of Forney. 

I, the Vendor, hereby verify that I accept the rules and regulations regarding participation. 

I, the Vendor, hereby represent and warrant that I have read this Release and Waiver Form in its entirety and fully understand its contents. I have signed this Release and Waiver Form voluntarily and of my own free will.
