1) Initial consultation

1-1.5 hour session includes:

-Exam (required)

-Unlimited Q&A

-Online pharmacy setup

-Additional pet fee ($95)

*90 minute estimated time of arrival window

*Lab work, vaccinations, treatments & medications are NOT included in the consult fee
2) Recheck house call visit

3) Telemedicine/Virtual Visit

-If >30 minutes are needed, additional time is billed in 10min increments (at the same rate)

*Telehealth is NOT a replacement for an in-person exam.

We understand that choosing to say goodbye to your beloved companion is one of the hardest decisions you will ever face, and we want you to know that you are not alone in this process.

Dr. McCartney approaches every end-of-life appointment with the deepest compassion and care.

I understand that Rose Veterinary Clinic schedules euthanasia appointments based on availability, and that my pet's appointment has not yet been confirmed. In the event that my pet's condition declines rapidly or they are in significant distress before my scheduled appointment, I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to seek immediate care at an emergency veterinary facility. I understand that Rose Veterinary Clinic is not liable for any outcomes that occur prior to or outside of a confirmed appointment.I understand that Dr. Cassidy has a 90 minute estimate time of arrival window for ALL in-home visits. Appointment windows may shift due to patient care needs, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances inherent to mobile practice.I understand Rose Veterinary is not a 24-hour emergency practice.I understand that appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations outside of this window may be subject to a late cancellation fee.Rose Veterinary reserves the right to decline services if we feel we cannot safely meet you or your pet’s needs.
Rose Veterinary takes the decision to euthanize a patient very seriously. Our veterinarian seeks to learn every detail about a patient’s quality of life and consider all available resources to care for their physical and emotional needs. If the veterinarian feels that euthanasia is not the right medical decision, they have a responsibility to your pet and themselves to offer alternatives. If an ethical conflict arises, we may refuse to perform euthanasia on moral grounds.
