Outcomes
1. Learn choreographed routines. It is purely up to the student on their
outcome.
Attendance
1. You must attend ALL classes to keep up with the choreographed dance
routines. (no school uniforms allowed). Classes are still held on public
holidays, unless otherwise advised. And a catch up class will be required. It
is parents, caregivers responsibility to keep up with all notices given to
students, these can also be viewed on our portal.
Fees
1. You will receive an invoice to your email address or info in regards to fees.
2. You MUST pay in advance of your dance class or as advised.
3. Any missed classes must be paid for.
4. No refunds.
5. Public holidays their are still classes and payment is required even if you do
not attend class

7. All fees are to be STRICTLY paid in advance.
8. Fees in full confirms your space in class.
Photography/Filming
1. Filming/photography or any use of any choreography learnt during your
workshop or classes with DDF Dance Studio is STRICTLY PROHIBITED
unless you have asked Alannah for permission.
2. DDF dance has the right to use all photography and video footage taken in
an outside the studio during or not during the workshop classes, dress
rehearsal and performances of your child/children or yourself to use at our
own discretion and purely belongs to DDF Dance Studio. This footage can
be used for promotion, advertising purposes ect.
Choreography
1. Under the privacy act 1993 all choreography learnt in class is not to be used
or taught to anyone without authority or approval of Alannah Curtis owner
and operator of DDF Dance Studio.
2. If you wish to use any of the dances or movements learnt at DDF for a
performance at school or show you MUST ask Alannah Curtis Owner,
operator for permission.
Injuries
1. DDF Dance Studio is not liable for any personal injury sustained or any loss
or damage of personal property, whilst on the premises. DDF Dance Studio
provides an enrolment form which provides the dance tutor with any medical
conditions your child/children or self may have, it is purely up to the parent/
caregiver to keep the dance tutor informed with any medical conditions over
the 10 week workshop or more. All parents need to keep in mind there is
always a natural risk of injury or accidents that may occur. DDF Dance
Studio will do their best to provide a safe learning environment.
DDF has the right to remove anybody from the premises or the business due to lack
of respect. Or if there is severe behaviour that needs to be removed from the
business this is up to Alannah Curtis at their discretion.
You can not take DDF Dance or Alannah Curtis to court or speak to a lawyer without consulting Alannah professionally via meeting about any issues you may have. All issues can be resolved with the discretion of Alannah at DDF Dance studio.
- All information about and within DDF is strictly confidential, and not to be shared
with anyone, either social media, verbally and/or in written form ect .
- Respect, loyalty and praise must be up held at all times including acknowledgement
- The Student/parent agrees that during their time at DDF and at anytime after
termination ( either by resignation, dismissal or otherwise ) they will not make,
publish, communicate, or cause to be communicated any statement or conduct -
weather oral, written, digital, or otherwise - that could reasonably be considered
disparaging , defamatory , or harmful to the employer , the employers business ,
brand, reputation, clients, contractors or affiliates.
- By participating at DDF Dance, you release, discharge, and hold harmless DDF
Dance, its owners, instructors, and affiliates from any liability, claims, demands,
actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury,
including but not limited to personal, bodily, or mental injury, incurred during or as a
result of participating in the classes. This release applies to all forms of negligence,
including but not limited to active or passive negligence, gross negligence, or any
other legal theory of liability.
- All materials, including but not limited to videos, images, and written content,
provided during my classes are protected by copyright and intellectual property
laws. You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, or use these materials for any
purpose without obtaining prior permission from Alannah Curtis and the respective
copyright owners.
