    CLINICAL POSITIONS

    Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologist (CF-SLP)
    Full-Time or Part-Time | Richland, MI

    Start your career with support, mentorship, and purpose.

    Role Summary
    Provide speech-language evaluations and therapy for a primarily pediatric population, with opportunities for teletherapy and adult services. Work within a collaborative team while receiving structured Clinical Fellowship supervision.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct evaluations and provide therapy under supervision
    • Develop individualized, functional treatment plans
    • Collaborate with OT and PT providers
    • Educate families and support carryover
    • Maintain timely and compliant documentation


    Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
    Full-Time or Part-Time: Provide evaluation and treatment services while contributing to a growing, interdisciplinary program.


    Occupational Therapist (OT)
    Full-Time or Part-Time: Support indviduals in developing functional skills across regulation, participation, and daily life.


    Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
    Full-Time or Part-Time: Provide treatment under supervision and support implementation of care plans.


    Physical Therapist (PT)
    Full-Time or Part-Time: Provide evaluation and treatment focused on mobility, strength, and functional participation.


    Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
    Part-Time with growth potential: Support treatment delivery and help build a growing pediatric PT program.


    BEHAVIORAL + MENTAL HEALTH GROWTH OPPORTUNITY

    Behavioral Therapist: Support emotional regulation, executive functioning, and participation using relationship-based approaches.


    Counselor / Social Worker (LMSW, LPC, etc.)
    Provide mental health support for children and families within an interdisciplinary model.


    DIAGNOSTIC TEAM (GROWTH OPPORTUNITY)

    Psychologist / Neuropsychologist: Conduct evaluations and support diagnostic clarity, collaborating with therapy providers to guide care.


    RISE SPORTS + COMMUNITY PROGRAMMING

    Rise Sports Coach / Program Lead: Lead inclusive sports and group programming focused on regulation, confidence, and skill-building.


    ADMIN + OPERATIONS: 

    Clinic Coordinator / Intake Specialist: Support scheduling, intake flow, and communication with families.


    Billing Specialist / Coder: Support claims, billing accuracy, and compliance.


    Credentialing Specialist: Manage provider credentialing and insurance enrollment.

    COMPENSATION
    Compensation is competitive and based on experience, licensure status, role, and schedule commitment.
