I understand that the camp does not carry medical or accident insurance on behalf of any camper and that I will be responsible for any expenses incurred on his/her behalf in connection with such treatment. I release the camp and its workers from all claims and liabilities for any injuries sustained by my child. I confirm that my child is physically fit to participate in the camp and agree that he is adequately covered by medical insurance.
