Overseas Tour Form

Where a Football Victoria affiliated team is travelling overseas for a football related Tour, a Tour sanctioning request is required to be submitted to Football Victoria to ensure that insurance coverage can remain in place for the duration of the Tour.

A Tour may consist of, but is not limited to, a one-off exhibition match, a series of friendly matches or a tournament.

This form must be submitted to FV at least 4 weeks prior to departure of the Tour.

Football Victoria will notify Football Australia of the tour taking place, as Football Australia will also be required to sanction the Tour.

Sanctioning will not be provided unless all mandatory information included at the end of this application form has been provided.

A letter of approval will be forwarded to the Tour Manager once all requirements have been met.
