Phaze 2 Camp T&Cs
By registering for the Phaze 2 Ministry Weekend Camp, you agree to the following:

1. Deposit & Payments

A $50 deposit is required to secure your spot and is non-refundable. Full $215 payment must be completed by 6 July.

2. Cancellations

$50 Deposits are non-refundable. Transfers may be allowed at the organisers’ discretion.

3. Behaviour & Conduct

All attendees are expected to respect others, leaders, and property, and engage positively. Organisers may remove any participant for inappropriate behaviour without refund.

4. Health & Safety

You agree to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary needs and follow all safety instructions. Attendance is at your own risk.

5. Personal Belongings

Attendees are responsible for their own belongings. Organisers are not liable for any loss or damage.

6. Media Consent

By registering, you consent to photos and videos being taken and used by Phaze 2 Ministry for media and promotional purposes.

7. Changes

Organisers reserve the right to make changes to camp details if required.
