    My name is El’Agance Pate, and I am proud to serve as your Pageant Director.

    This pageant is designed to celebrate confidence, personality, and community involvement, while creating a positive and memorable experience for all contestants.

    We are excited to have you be a part of this year’s event!

     
    Pageant Date: Saturday, June 20, 2026

    Time: Interviews at 4:00 p.m. (MISS ONLY)| Pageants at 6:30 p.m. 

    Location: Daviess County High School (4255 New Hartford Rd, Owensboro, Ky 42303)

    Entry Fee: $65

  • MISS Kentucky Association of Fairs & Horse Shows pageant eligibility requirements:

    The contestant must be a natural born female, single, never married, never had a marriage annulled, and never had any children. A birth certificate is required. Contestant must be 16 years of age on October 31 and cannot be 22 on October 31 of the year when local pageant is held at the local fair.
  • MS. Kentucky Association of Fairs & Horse Shows pageant eligibility requirements:

    The contestant must be a natural born female, single, divorced, or widowed, and can have children. A birth certificate is required. Contestant must be 22 years of age, of the year when local pageant is held at the local fair. 
  • MRS. Kentucky Association of Fairs & Horse Shows pageant eligibility requirements:

    The contestant must be a natural born female, married only, and can have children. A birth certificate is required. Contestant must be 22 years of age, of the year when local pageant is held at the local fair.

    Miss Division: •Interview 40% (Round Robin Style) •On-Stage Introduction (Not Judged. Contestants will wear elevated interview attire that reflects confidence, personal style, and stage presence.) •Swimsuit 30% •Evening Gown 30% •On-stage question (Top Contestants) Ms/Mrs Division: •On-Stage Introduction 30% (Contestants will wear elevated interview attire that reflects confidence, personal style, and stage presence.) •Evening Gown 50% •On-stage question 20%. Additional Notes: • TWO contestants will be crowned in each division. Local and County Fair. •Judges may ask questions based on your application and current topics. •Interviews will take place earlier in the day. •Full schedule and details will be provided after entry deadline.
