    artisan online store
    artisan discovery wall collection at State Library of Queensland
    artisan pop up market/showcase on Wednesday 6 May held in the CBD. 

     
     
    This is your chance to reach new audiences, grow your retail presence and be part of a celebration that puts Queensland making front and centre.

    Through this application, we would love to see your written and visual articulation of quality and intention in what you make.

    The artisan online store is our permanent digital home for maker-led work.
    It is a curated destination where collectors, gift-givers and design lovers can discover and purchase directly from artists and makers in our community. For Mothers Who Make, the store will feature a dedicated edit of participating makers, extending the campaign's reach beyond the physical space to audiences across the country.

     

     

  • artisan Discovery Wall at SLQ

  • The artisan Discovery Wall is a curated in-person display within the Library shop, spotlighting a rotating selection of featured makers and their products.
    It brings the artisan community into an established retail environment, meeting everyday audiences where they already are. As part of Mothers Who Make, the Discovery Wall will offer a focused presentation of participating makers, turning a browsing moment into a meaningful encounter with the people behind what they make.

     

     

  • Mothers Who Make

  • Mothers Who Make is a callout for artisan's 2026 edition of mother’s day campaign. 

    This Mother's Day, we’re platforming the makers in our community who happen to also be mums at any point in their craft and design career, celebrating the work they make, the practices they sustain and the creative lives they build alongside everything else.

    If this sounds like you, we'd love to invite you to submit your work as part of this retail call out a part of Mothers Who Make.

     

    This campaign will be promoted across all three channels.

  • Consignment with artisan

    Selected makers will be offered a consignment placement with artisan. Your work may be featured across one or more of the channels below, depending on fit. We’ll outline which channels your work has been selected for in the info pack sent to you after the review period.

    You’re welcome to indicate a channel preference in your submission, we’ll take this into account during curation, though final placement decisions rest with artisan team.

    Delivery & collection

    Makers are responsible for delivering work to artisan by the delivery date, and for collecting any unsold work by the collection date.

    In our info pack we will include a link for you to book a time along with the delivery and collection details.
