Volunteer Recognition Event: Nominations
  • Volunteer Recognition Event: Nominations

  • Volunteers make an invaluable contribution throughout the Scottish Borders, supporting local projects, strengthening community connections and helping organisations thrive. This event is an opportunity to recognise and celebrate the individuals whose time, commitment and generosity make such a positive difference.

Borders Community Action invites member organisations to nominate volunteers for consideration as part of our Volunteer Recognition Event. Information shared through this form will help us identify volunteers to be recognised and plan the event accordingly. Please note that submitting a nomination does not guarantee attendance at the event, as places are limited.

The event will take place at Duns Volunteer Hall on Thursday 4th June, beginning at 6.30pm for a 7.00pm start. The evening will include a finger buffet, an opportunity to celebrate volunteer achievements and a Cèilidh band and dancing.

We appreciate the time taken to submit a nomination and thank you for helping us highlight the vital role volunteers play in our communities.
