What are the parking and shuttle options?
We offer two separate full-weekend options:
Parking Pass (Full Weekend): $60
Shuttle Pass (Full Weekend): $75
Both options are available during checkout on this page.
Do I need to buy both a parking pass and a shuttle pass?
No. Most guests will need one or the other, not both.
If you plan to drive and park near the festival, purchase a parking pass.
If you are staying at one of our partner hotels and want transportation, purchase a shuttle pass.
Where do the shuttles run?
Shuttles operate between the festival and the following hotels:
Home2 Suites to
Candlewood Suites to
Comfort Inn to Festival
They run continuously throughout the day and evening.
How often do the shuttles run?
Shuttles operate on an as-needed, continuous loop:
A bus will leave when there are enough passengers ready to go
If a bus is not full, it may wait briefly for additional riders
There is always at least one bus in motion during operating hours
Our goal is to keep people moving efficiently without leaving buses empty.
Do I need a shuttle pass to ride?
Yes.
You must have your shuttle pass to board the bus. One exception. You can board for the first time at any of the hotels, and then purchase a pass at the box office.
How do I receive my parking pass?
Parking passes will be handled one of two ways:
Sent prior to the event digital), OR
Picked up at registration on-site
Final instructions will be provided closer to the event.
What do I do with my parking pass?
Your parking pass must be:
Clearly displayed on your windshield at all times when parked in designated areas.
Can I leave and return with my parking pass on the same day?
Yes.
Your parking pass allows in-and-out access throughout the day during the festival weekend, as long as your pass is properly displayed on your vehicle.
Parking is subject to space availability upon return.
Is the parking pass good for the entire weekend?
Yes.
Your $60 parking pass covers the full festival weekend—no daily re-purchase required.
Is the shuttle pass good for the entire weekend?
Yes.
Your $75 shuttle pass provides unlimited rides throughout the festival weekend between the designated hotels and the event.
Can I buy passes later?
Availability may be limited.
