EVENT ATTENDANCE AGREEMENT AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY
This Agreement is entered into by and between the Event Organizer, LACED, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer," and the Attendee, whose signature appears below, for attendance to the event titled:

Venue: Rabbit Hole
1. Acknowledgment of Risk and Responsibility
By attending the event, the Attendee voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to injuries, property damage, accidents, or other incidents that may occur before, during, or after the event.
2. Damage to Property
The Attendee agrees to be financially responsible for any damage they cause to the venue, event equipment, or any property at the event. The Organizer reserves the right to charge the Attendee for repair or replacement costs.
3. Personal Belongings
The Organizer shall not be liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings brought into the venue by the Attendee.
4. Behavior and Conduct
All Attendees are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly. The Organizer reserves the right to remove any individual from the event due to misconduct, intoxication, possession or use of illegal substances, or behavior that causes disruption or harm to others.
5. No Drugs Policy
The possession, use, distribution, or sale of illegal drugs or controlled substances is strictly prohibited at the event. Any individual found violating this rule will be immediately removed from the premises and may be reported to the proper authorities.
6. No Liability for Mishaps
The Organizer shall not be held liable for any injuries, medical emergencies, or unforeseen incidents that may occur during the event. First aid and emergency response will be handled to the best of our ability, but ultimate responsibility remains with the individual.
7. Consent to Media
By attending the event, the Attendee gives consent to be photographed and recorded, and allows the Organizer to use such media for documentation and promotional purposes.
8. GET DRUNK (RESPONSIBLY)
This is your night to have fun! Let loose, enjoy the vibe, and celebrate with everyone responsibly. Just don’t break anything (including yourself).
