  • Weekend Workshop at Dog Gone Smart

    This training workshop is your standing practice time, open to any student who has finished Foundation 1, completed a private lesson, or has gone through drop off training in our daycare or boarding programs. It is your chance to work the skills you have already built in a busier, more real world setting, with a trainer coaching you one on one toward the goals that matter most for you and your dog at this level. This is only open to students who have previously trained with us at some level so please sign up and we will charge your account on file.

  • Weekly Workshop Registration— Saturdays 3-4PM $70

    Work together as a team with your dog and our canine obedience coach as we apply the fundamentals to the situations that actually come up in daily life:

    • Loose leash walking
    • Jumping
    • Safe greetings with people
    • Socialization and calm introductions to other dogs
    • Impulse control
    • Leadership and handler confidence
    • All your Q and A!


    Whether your dog needs the reinforcement, you want the extra support, or you just want more reps in a controlled environment, this is where you can get that face time and practice time.

    Runs Saturday at 3pm. Signup closes Saturday at noon so we can plan the group and keep the numbers balanced for everyone's dog.

    At $70, this hour is a great value option on our training menu. You get real face time with a trainer working on your dog's specific behavior goals, no package to commit to and no long term sign up. It runs a fraction of the cost of a private lesson, with fewer dogs than a group class, so think of it as a shared private lesson with the convenience of a standing Saturday time. You bring the goals, we bring the coaching, and your dog gets the reps that actually move the needle.
