    The Independent Living Resource Centre (ILRC) is developing its next five-year Strategic Plan. We are committed to ensuring that our priorities reflect the real experiences, needs, and aspirations of persons with disabilities, family caregivers, and community stakeholders across Manitoba. Your input will help shape ILRC’s advocacy, programs, partnerships, and administrative direction over the next five years.
