VBS Participant Registration

"Rainforest Falls: Exploring the Nature of God"
June 1-4, 2026; 5:55pm - 7:55pm each night

Location: St. Patrick Church of Merna, 1001 N. Towanda Barnes Rd. Bloomington

Cost: $45 for 1 child

$55 for 2 children

$65 for 3 or more children

Payment: After you submit this form, you will be redirected to a page to pay online. Your spot is not guaranteed until we have received your payment!

Ages: Children must be 4 years old by 8/31/26, and no older than entering 6th grade in the fall of 2026.

Shirt sizes: S(6-8), M(10-12), L(14-16), Adult S, M, L, XL (Survivor participants in 5th and 6th grade do not receive shirts, they will receive a special bandana on the first night of VBS.)

***Note: Shirts run a little "short" - size up if your child is tall.
