Introduction
This Project Reporting Form is used to report on a specific project funded by AITC‑C. Completing this form helps AITC‑C understand your project’s progress, outcomes, and support needs so they can continue to effectively support your organization.
Please ensure that all sections are completed and submit one form per project report. You may save your progress at any time and return later to complete the form. Note that any draft reports must be completed before you can proceed with a new project report.
Please note if you need multiple users to fill out the same report, proceed with the following steps:
- Fill out all required fields including fake data in sections to be completed by another staff member.
- Click Save and Continue Later.
- An email will be sent to you with the link.
- Forward that link to another staff member.
- Repeat process until report is complete.
- Click submit to send your report in review by an AITC-C staff member.

Glossary
Workshop: is a structured, interactive session where a group of youth, adults or volunteers (e.g. 0-35 individuals) engage in intensive discussion or activities on a specific topic, usually to develop skills, solve problems, or generate ideas. It can be virtual or in-person.
Example: A soil workshop for students to learn about how soil health is important for crop/plant production. Each workshop delivered should be counted as 1.
Event: An event is a planned public or private gathering organized for a specific purpose, such as careers, food, agriculture learning. Events can be short or long in duration while reaching larger audiences (e.g. 50+ students or adults). It can be virtual or in-person. Events are organized by members.
Example: A thinkAG career competition/expo, farm tour, reading challenge, art show or teacher conference are different types of events.
Booth (External Event): A booth external event is one where members participate in events organized by external organizations for the purpose of hosting or staffing a booth. These events may be held in person or virtually.
Example: A booth at an educator professional development conference, a fair, career fair or community event.
Educational Resource:
A resource is any tool, material, or support (physical or digital) that provides information, guidance, or assistance to help individuals or groups achieve a goal.
Example: A teacher guide explaining the production of maply syrup is an example of a resource. Other examples include: videos (on-demand), infographics, lesson plans, storybooks, garden kits, e-learning, unit plan, posters. Educational resources DO NOT include swag (e.g. gum, pen, pencil etc.) or postcards/marketing materials.
