  • Budget and Impact Actuals

  • Submission of Actual Project Expenses and Impacts

Submitting actual project expenditures allows AITC‑C to ensure accurate and consistent reporting across all funded projects. These actuals allow us to fully account for both financial and in‑kind contributions, develop a clearer understanding of the true costs of program delivery, and accurately measure the impacts achieved.

In addition to financial actuals, collecting information on the impacts and reach of service offerings—such as the number of participants served and outcomes achieved—helps AITC‑C assess program effectiveness and overall value. This comprehensive reporting supports strategic planning and continuous improvement, informs decisions about program growth and resource allocation, and strengthens AITC‑C’s ability to demonstrate impact to current and prospective funders.

Accurate reporting of actual expenses, impacts, and service reach is essential to supporting future funding opportunities and ensuring the long‑term sustainability of AITC‑C programs.
