  • Do you have at least 3 years of full-time (35+hrs/wk) professional experience as either a newborn care specialist, night nanny, doula, or nanny?*
  • How many families have you worked for as a newborn care specialist and/or doula?*
  • Do you have newborn care specialist training, preferably through Newborn Care Solutions or another CACHE-accredited program?*
  • Please confirm if you are experienced with sleep conditioning, establishing routines, feeding routines, and developmental milestones for newborns*
