AUTHORIZED AGENTS: Persons acting as Agents must file letters of authorization from the Principal stating the Agent is acting in their behalf and that said principal will be responsible for the Agent's sales or purchases. These letters must be on file with the sales office 24 hours prior to the start of the sale. By signing the Acknowledgment of Purchase, an Agent agrees to be personally liable for the full purchase price of the horse if Purchaser does not have approved credit or fails to make settlement as provided.
AUTHORIZED AGENTS SALE COMMISSION: Vision, LLC agrees to pay Agent Commission of seven percent (7%) to those agents with letters of authorization on file 24 hours prior to the sale. Letters of authorization must be signed and submitted by the Principal/Purchaser to be valid. No more than one agent may be designated by any Principal or Purchaser. There will be NO MORE THAN ONE sale commission paid per lot. No payments will be made to agents until 5-7 business days after auction lot has been paid in full, horse has been removed from Vision, LLC AND until Authorized agent has provided Vision, LLC with a valid W-9.
