Taos Ski Valley Arts Festival Vendor Registration Form

July 18th and 19th, 2026
Thank you for registering to be a vendor at the Taos Ski Valley Arts Festival. The event will take place outdoors in the Resort Center Plaza on Saturday, July 18th and Sunday, July 19th from 10AM to 4PM(full schedule with load in and load out times, along with other programming happening during the festival will be sent out prior to the event).

Vendor Fees:

Two day vendor fee: $150 + taxes and fees

Display Requirements:
Exhibitors are responsible for providing their own booth structures including 10' x 10' canopy, racks, tables, display units and/or all other fixtures suitable for outdoor use. All exhibitors are required to have weights to secure their tents. If your tent is not weighted down you will be asked to remove it. Exhibitors are encouraged to be prepared for inclement weather with appropriate rain covers and tie-downs. There will not be power access at your tent.

Selling Artwork:
Exhibitors are responsible for collecting payment for work that is sold. Please consult with your personal tax professional for tax requirements. TSVI is not responsible for the selling of artwork, collecting of payment or taxing of sales.
