Zoom log-in links will be emailed to you a few days before the meetings.
AGM packages will be provided digital via the District website.

Business for the meeting includes:
- Approval of the Annual Audit
- Appointment of Auditor for Next Year
- Election of Directors
- Bylaw Changes
Active member receive one vote. Must be the name on the membership form.
Associate members and guests may not vote, but are welcome to attend.
