In consideration of participation in Maeve's Place 2026 Mystery Camp – Curious Curator Academy, I release and discharge House of Maeve, its owners, staff, and representatives from any claims related to injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from participation. I understand that activities include movement-based games, hands-on projects, and general camp activities.

Personal Property:
House of Maeve is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

Medical Consent:
In the event of an emergency, I authorize House of Maeve to obtain appropriate medical care for my child. I understand all medical expenses are my responsibility.
