Book of Golden Deeds Nomination Form
In every community, there are individuals who sacrifice and serve their community without recognition – our “unsung heroes” who donate time, talent, and energy to help those in need. The purpose of the Book of Golden Deeds is to acknowledge the generous contributions of such individuals. Please nominate someone you think to be a worthy recipient of this award. We will recognize the individual and their contributions to the community at a weekly meeting (Thursday at noon) in May or June.
