By participating in the Louisiana Doll Festival Crawfish Cook-Off (the “Event”), I acknowledge and agree to the following:
I understand that participation in this event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to bodily injury, burns, slips, falls, food-related illness, property damage, and other unforeseen hazards.
In consideration of being allowed to participate in this event, I hereby voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.
I agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless the following parties from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or my property while participating in or attending the event:
Louisiana Doll Festival
Trophy Trucking
Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office
Event organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and affiliates
This release applies whether the injury or damage arises from negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the above-listed parties from any loss, liability, damage, or costs they may incur due to my participation in the event.
I certify that I am physically able to participate in this event and will comply with all rules, regulations, and safety instructions provided by event organizers.
I understand that this agreement is binding upon me, my heirs, assigns, and legal representatives.
