After reviewing this agreement, continue to the next page to complete the service and repair request form. Submitting this form will initiate the process for scheduling your diagnostic visit. If you have already had a diagnostic visit with someone else or gotten an RMA on your own, we will proceed with the service call quote/scheduling process outlined below under the service call pricing section.
Diagnostic Visit Expectations:
- The diagnostic process typically requires one to two hours, with most of the time devoted to troubleshooting in collaboration with the vendor via telephone.
- Your system will most likely not be fixed during the diagnostic visit.
Diagnostic Call Pricing:
- $300 Mobilization Fee (covers up to 30 miles from our office then $2/mi each way)
- Diagnostic time is included.
- Payment is required on the day of the diagnostic visit. Technicians accept credit cards. If you will not be available, notify us so we can send an invoice for prepayment.
- After diagnosis, we’ll provide a repair quote via email.
Service Call Pricing:
- To proceed with repairs, you will sign and return the provided quote we email to you.
- After receipt of the signed quote, your job will be scheduled.
- Payment is due the day of repair. Technicians accept credit cards. If you will not be available, notify us so we can send an invoice for prepayment.
