Waiver & Release of Liability

Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in inflatable bounce houses, slides, and related activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

•             Falls, collisions, or contact with other participants

•             Improper use of equipment

•             Tripping hazards

•             Weather-related risks

•             Physical injury due to jumping, sliding, or rough play

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

Release of Liability

I hereby release, waive, and discharge ZaBounce Inflatables, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising from injury, damage, or loss that may occur while using the inflatable equipment, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Medical Authorization

In the event of an injury, I authorize ZaBounce Inflatables to obtain emergency medical treatment for the participant. I agree to be financially responsible for any medical services provided.

Participant Rules

I acknowledge and agree to follow all safety rules, including:

•             No flips, wrestling, or rough play

•             No food, drinks, gum, or sharp objects inside the inflatable

•             No shoes, glasses, or jewelry

•             Adult supervision is required at all times

•             Maximum occupancy limits must be followed

•             No use during high winds, rain, or unsafe weather conditions

Failure to follow rules may result in removal from the inflatable.
