    By signing and submitting this form, you agree to the following:

    1) I have read and will comply with all the Rules and Regulations stated in the Good Neighbor Brochure.

    2) I agree that the Responsible Person is the primary reservation holder on this agreement and will be held responsible for actions of all guests during their stay in this rental property. 

    3) The Responsible Person including all guests reviewed the City of Palm Springs Good Neighbor Brochure and understands that violations of City ordinances may result in immediate eviction without refund and may be subject to City-issued fines.

    4) The responsible person consents to this agreement being filed with the City of Palm Springs STR portal as required by municipal code.

    5) I understand that I may be issued an Administrative Citation by the Code Compliance Officer, Palm Springs Police Department or their agents for not following City of Palm Springs Vacation Rental Rules and Regulations. 

    6) Quiet Hours & Noise: 

    • Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM daily.
    • No outdoor amplified music or loudspeakers at any time.
    • Noise complaints may result in immediate termination of the rental with no refund.
    • Responsible Person and guest are financially responsible for any fines issued by the City of Palm Springs due to noise violations.

    7) Occupancy

    • Maximum overnight occupancy is 6 adults plus 2 children age 12 or under. No exceptions.
    • Exceeding the posted occupancy limit is a violation of the STR permit and City ordinance.

    8) Parking

    • Only vehicles listed below are permitted to park on the property. Max of 3 vehicles are allowed at any time and should utilize driveway before using street parking. 
    • Street parking must comply with Palm Springs municipal parking regulations.
    • No RVs, trailers, or oversized vehicles without prior written approval.

    9) No Parties / No Events

    • No parties, events, or gatherings beyond the registered guest count are permitted.
    • This property is NOT a party venue. Violations will result in immediate eviction with no refund.

    10) Smoking & Cannabis

    • This is a strictly non-smoking property (including cigarettes, cigars, and cannabis).
    • Smoking inside the property will result in a $500 cleaning fee charged to the guest.

    In addition, if the rules and regulations stated above differ from the most recent City of Palm Springs Good Neighbor Brochure, the City of Palm Springs Good Neighbor Brochure will take precedence.
