About the Program:
Discovering the Buddha Within is an experiential learning program of the Buddha Dharma created as part of the vast vision of Guru Vajradhara His Holiness the 12th Chamgon Kenting Tai Situpa.
The three-year program consists of three levels: Level I, Inner Peace, Level 2, Awakened Heart, and Level 3, Original Purity.
In level 2 students will discover their inner goodness through meditations on loving kindness, compassion, joy, equanimity, and so forth, students will learn to connect with their awakened heart and discover their innate goodness, further enriching the calm state of mind and deepening their meditation through recognition of emptiness, which is the essence of the Mahayana.
For those new to Buddhism, the practice commitment is to practice at least 10 minutes every day for a minimum of 30 consecutive days. For those who are already practicing the Buddha Dharma, their actual practice will work as the commitment.

Seminar cost includes lunch and dinner for the 4 seminar days and lunch on Day 5, following the empowerment. Breakfast will be available to volunteers and overnight guests. Please note our meal offerings may contain common allergens including soy, wheat, tree nuts, seeds, milk, and egg products. We are sorry that we are unable to accommodate special dietary needs.
Please note: At this time we are unable to offer on-site accommodations to anyone except monastic guests and staff. We respectfully request that everyone planning to attend this event make a reservation asap at a local hotel or other rental in the area to make sure you will have a place to stay. We wish we could accommodate individual requests, but as of now there are no exceptions. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
