  • 1. Purpose of Purchase

  • The Purchaser declares that all products supplied by TacEquip are being acquired for lawful occupational, organisational or authorised use within Australia.

  • 2. Licensing & Authorisation

  • The Purchaser confirms they hold a valid and current individual security licence or equivalent authorisation in their State or Territory. The Purchaser agrees not to transfer, resupply or provide the products to any person not legally authorised to possess or use them.

  • 2. Licensing & Authorisation

  • The Purchaser confirms that where required by law, the company holds a valid and current Security Master Licence (or equivalent authorisation) in the relevant State or Territory.
  • The Purchaser further confirms that all individual users of the products (including employees, contractors or agents) hold valid and current licences or authorisations where required under applicable legislation.
  • The Purchaser will not issue, resupply or provide the products to any person who is not legally authorised to possess or use them.

  • 3. Compliance with Australian Law

  • The Purchaser acknowledges that laws regulating protective equipment differ across Australian jurisdictions and accepts sole responsibility for ensuring compliance with all applicable Commonwealth, State and Territory legislation.

  • TacEquip does not provide legal advice regarding licensing obligations.

  • 4. Prohibited Use

  • The Purchaser agrees that the products will not:
    • Be resold to the general public unless permitted by law
    • Be exported without appropriate authorisation
    • Be modified, altered or misrepresented
    • Be used for unlawful activity

  • 5. Storage & Control

  • The Purchaser agrees to maintain reasonable control over issued products, store products securely when not in use, and prevent unauthorised access or diversion.

  • 6. Indemnity

  • The Purchaser indemnifies and holds harmless TacEquip, its directors and officers from any liability arising from misuse of products, unlawful possession or use by third parties, or failure to comply with applicable legislation.

  • 7. Declaration by Authorised Officer

  • I confirm that I am an Authorised Officer of the Purchaser and have authority to bind the organisation. I declare that the information provided in this document is true and correct.
