    Indoor Spaces


    6 FT Table Space — $100
    Perfect for smaller collections, emerging brands, or vendors with a tight, curated assortment.

    10 x 10 FT Booth — $150
    For vendors looking to create a more immersive setup with room to merchandise, style, and fully express your brand.

    Outdoor Spaces (Rooftop Patio) Outdoor vendors on the rooftop patio are not permitted to use tents or canopies; as to to obstruct the skyline view.


    Table Space — $75
    A great entry point for vendors looking to show up, sell, and be part of the moment.

    10 x 10 FT Booth — $130
    More room to expand your setup while tapping into the rooftop flow.

    Vendor Acknowledgment & Agreement


    By submitting this application, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

    Pride & Provisions is a curated market experience. Submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance. All vendors are selected at the discretion of the event organizers to ensure a balanced, intentional, and cohesive mix of brands, products, and experiences.

    If selected, I agree to submit full payment of my vendor fee within 48 hours of acceptance to secure my space. I understand that failure to submit payment within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of my spot and it may be offered to another vendor.

    I understand that booth placement (including indoor or outdoor assignment) is determined by the event team based on overall event flow, category balance, and brand alignment. Specific placement requests are not guaranteed.

    I agree to arrive within the designated load-in window and to remain set up and open for the full duration of the event. Early breakdown is not permitted unless otherwise approved.

    I understand that I am responsible for providing my own setup, including tables, chairs, and display materials. Outdoor vendors on the rooftop patio are not permitted to use tents or canopies.

    If I am selling food or beverage items, I confirm that I will comply with all applicable local health and permitting requirements. If required, I will provide proof of permits and/or insurance prior to the event.

    I confirm that my business is independently owned and operated, and not part of a multi-level marketing (MLM) or direct sales organization. I also confirm that the products I sell are original to my brand, whether handmade, self-designed, or produced in partnership with a manufacturer.

    I agree to represent my brand professionally and contribute to a respectful, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all attendees, vendors, and staff. Pride & Provisions is a space rooted in community, and behavior that detracts from that experience may result in removal from the event without refund.

    I understand that Pride & Provisions is a rain or shine event. In the case of inclement weather, the event will proceed as planned, and I am responsible for preparing my setup and products accordingly. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.

    I understand that vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizers.
