    This year we are downsizing the camp to 120 members max so we can focus on quality over quantity to deliver a better experience to our members while increasing our gift compared to previous years. You can secure your spot by generating the invoice after completing this form and sending your invoice's minimum payment.

    • As the group lead we will invoice you for everyone in your group whom you will be paying for.
    • During the next step you can pick everyone's Contributions and Lead them to Complete it on-playa to receive group refunds while making lasting memeries.
    • Contributions are completed as a group and the group leader gets to decide what the entire group will commit to, how much refund the group will get after completing all the roles and will lead the entire group to ensure everyone shows up to work together to co-create the camp with us.
      All camp members should independantly register with us using this form by sharing this URL: https://form.jotform.com/260830879417062 even if a group leader has already paid their camp dues its required that we receive the full application of all members.
      Groups with members who have incomplete applications will not get accepted into the camp until all their group members have completed their applications.
    • In the next step you will be selecting your group contributions except leadership roles which are selected only for the person who is registering.

    • Each group can confirm & secure their spot by paying a deposit of $1000 of their invoice total
    • Full refunds offered for all camp dues and deposits by July 15th

    • Refunds will be processed excluding PayPal Fees which are non-refundable.
    • Invoice balance is due within 14 days of invoice creation.
    • Start your application review by paying your minimum invoice payment as outlined in your invoice which will be refundable until July 15th.
    • If you do not commit to any role then you must pay your entire balance within 14 days of invoice creation.
    • After 2-3 minutes of submitting your form we will email you an invoice directly from our Paypal Account if someone else has not paid for you already.

  • Fuzzy Dice Art Car 🎲 Fundraising

    This year, our camp is debuting the Fuzzy Dice Art Car: a two-story, fully illuminated ride decked in hot-pink fur and glowing dice panels. We're inviting all camp members to contribute to making this dream a reality on playa. Your donation goes directly toward fuel, lighting, maintenance, and the licensing fees required to operate a mutant vehicle at Burning Man. Every dollar counts, and every donor gets a spot on the ride.

    Capacity: 30 riders

    Want to drive? Art Car Private Access passes require passing the official Burning Man Mutant Vehicle driver exam and being registered as an Art Car Driver. Once certified, you can take the car out independently for private adventures with friends. Interested drivers must schedule a video call with Amir (our camp lead) to get started.
