I, the undersigned, acknowledge that participating in basketball and athletic activities at Grind Season Basketball Center involves inherent risks of physical injury. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation and the participation of any minors in my care. I hereby release and hold harmless Grind Season Basketball Center, the event organizers, and their respective staff from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action arising out of any injury, illness, or property damage occurring during this event. I also authorize the organizers to seek emergency medical treatment on my behalf if necessary.
