    Employment Type: Year Round Part-Time (W2 Employee)

    Hours: 10–20 hours per week (with significant growth potential)

    Compensation: $17.00 – $25.00 per hour (includes Base Rate + Completed Job Incentives + Tips) on W2

    About the Role:
    Scoop Protocol is a locally owned and operated family business serving the Greater Philadelphia area. We are rapidly scaling and looking for reliable, pet-loving individuals to join our team. As a Specialist, you will follow our signature "Scoop Protocol" to ensure every property is clean, safe, and sanitary for families and their pets.

    Primary Responsibilities:
    Pet Waste Removal: Perform thorough residential and commercial scooping (one-time and recurring cleanings).
    Sanitization & Deodorization: Apply pet, plant, and people-safe deodorizers and sanitization treatments to lawns, decks, and patios.
    Expanded Services: Provide additional property care including leaf blowing, deck/patio overspray, power washing, and minor lawn care such as over-seeding and watering.
    Pet Services: Assist with "Scoop & Walk" or "Scoop & Play" add-ons, interacting safely and kindly with dogs.
    Station Maintenance: Install and service pet waste stations, including trash maintenance and bag replacement.
    Strict Hygiene Protocols: Mandatory thorough cleaning of all tools and boots with kennel-grade sanitizers after every job to prevent cross-contamination. All waste must be double-bagged per company standards.
    Route Management: Navigate daily routes (2–14 properties) efficiently using our mobile platform.

    Requirements & Qualifications:
    Technology: Must own and maintain a smartphone with a reliable cellular service and data plan to access the client portal and document job completion.
    Physical Stamina: Ability to be on your feet, walking, scooping and lifting for numerous hours in all weather conditions (rain, heat, or snow).
    Transportation: Must have a reliable personal vehicle and a valid, unrestricted driver’s license for travel to and from jobs.
    Reliability & Flexibility: Must be dependable and punctual. Schedules may evolve as we grow, requiring a flexible mindset.
    Pet Friendly: Must be comfortable with and passionate about dogs of all breeds and other pets and animals.
    Background: Must be able to pass a comprehensive criminal history background check and drug screening.


    Compensation & Benefits:
    Wage: Expected earnings of $17–$25/hour (Base pay + job incentives + tips).
    Reimbursement: Mileage reimbursement provided for travel between job sites.
    Professionalism: We provide a professional environment with a focus on being "trained, uniformed, and vetted."
    Growth: Significant growth potential as we are rapidly scaling.
    Note: This is a W2 position. Benefits such as health plans, 401k, PTO, and vacation time are not included.
