Acceptance Criteria: In order to provide a well-rounded and high quality little shoppes on the FAIRGROUNDS, we will be limiting the number of vendors in each category.
FAQ
- Inside vendor space includes 1 x 8 ft table and 2 chairs
- Tents/Tables are not included in outside vendor space. Limited power supply available for outside vendors.
- Subletting/sharing/or renting a portion of your booth space without written permissions is strictly prohibited. - No weapons, drug paraphernalia, or any other items that are deemed inappropriate by the Brooklin Agricultural Society may not be sold at the Fair. If one violates this restriction, one will be asked to leave the fair with no refund.
- Vendors must carry a certificate of insurance for 5 million in liability and name the Brooklin Agricultural Society as additional insured.

- Food concessions must comply with all region of Durham Health regulations and file with the Health Board for inspection at the fair. The Brooklin Agricultural Society must also have a copy of this paperwork.
- Vendors are responsible for mailing health department forms to the Health Department and a copy must also be sent to the fair. Health department forms will be found attached to your fair contract.
- Payment by e-transfer
- If for any reason it is necessary to cancel your contract, the Brooklin Agricultural Society must be notified 14 days prior to the opening day of the fair or the total amount will be processed.
