    SOS encourages open and productive communication in an environment of trust and mutual respect. The purpose of our open door policy is to encourage open communication, feedback, and discussion about any matter of importance to an employee. Rather than conducting annual appraisals, our open door policy is aimed to encourage real-time feedback and frequent check-ins at which staff can discuss job and personal issues with managers at any time, promoting a collaborative environment and allowing us to address concerns promptly.
