Send Associate Director Application

The Associate Director of Send mobilizes the people of Redeemer to actively participate in God’s global mission by creating clear, accessible pathways for prayer, giving, going, and supporting. This role is forward-facing with the congregation, helping educate and engage the church in God’s heart for the nations through consistent execution of sending strategies.

The Associate Director oversees congregational Send environments, major Send initiatives (Mission of God, Govember, etc.), short-term trips, Advocacy Team development, and resident engagement in the Send vision. This role ensures that Redeemer not only sends Goers but also forms a church where sending is normal and participation is widespread.

The Associate Director operates at the department leadership level — strengthening systems, developing leaders, and activating the church in alignment with Redeemer’s theology, mission, and elder authority.
