Please observe the following specifications:

• All submissions must be in color. Black and white photographs will not be considered.

• Photos must be horizontal so that they nicely print at 10" wide by 8" tall
• Photos with less than 300 DPI at 10" wide by 8" tall will likely be too low resolution for calendar use and may not be considered.

• Watermarked images will not be considered
• Permissable formats are TIFF, EPS and JPG
• Savings Bank of Walpole reserves the right to color correct and/or crop all photo entries if necessary.

Assignment of Publication Rights: You retain your rights to your photograph; however, by entering the contest, you grant Savings Bank of Walpole a royalty-free, world-wide, perpetual, non-exclusive license to publicly display, distribute, reproduce and create derivative works of the entries, in whole or in part, in any media now existing or later developed, for any purpose, including, but not limited to, advertising and promotion of the bank and its website, exhibition, and commercial products, including but not limited to Savings Bank of Walpole publications. Any photograph reproduced will include a photographer credit as feasible. Savings Bank of Walpole will not be required to pay any additional consideration or seek any additional approval in connection with such uses.
